WINDLINK® Medium Voltage cables from 3,6/6 kV

Nexans can provide flexible medium-voltage loop cables, which are light and compact rubber types for all types of turbines (2.5 to 6 MW).
These 1, 3, or 4-core cables are able to withstand the torsion due to rotation of the nacelle (usually three full twists in either direction). They can be used down to -40°C.
In addition, they are resistant to all common types of mineral oils and cooling liquids. Covered voltage levels are 1 kV to 35 kV, but also higher voltages are available on request. For fixed installation, e.g. the connection of loop cable and bottom of the tower, rubber or XLPE-insulated cables are offered, either halogenated or halogen-free.
