Where do cutting machine operators work?
As a cutting machine operator, you will work in areas of industry and the skilled trades, in which components are manufactured using machining processes. Typical areas of application are lathes, milling machines, automatic lathes and grinding machine systems for one-off and and series production.
What can you expect with us?
As a cutting machine operator, you will produce precision components from precision components from various materials by means of machining processes for technical products of all kinds according to technical drawings and plans.
You will set up turning, milling and grinding machines and write or modify CNC machine programmes.
CNC machine programmes. Then you workpieces and tools into the machines, align them precisely and set the work process in motion.
You repeatedly check whether the dimensions and surface quality of the finished workpieces meet the technical specifications. If If faults occur, you determine the causes using suitable test procedures and test equipment and take immediate corrective action.

Where do industrial clerks work?
As an industrial clerk, you will work in companies of different sectors and sizes. You manage business processes within the company. The commercial and business management tasks cover all areas (including purchasing, sales, marketing and human resources).
What can you expect with us?
In materials management, you will compare offers, negotiate with suppliers and oversee the receipt and storage of goods.
In Production Management, you will plan, control and monitor the production of goods and create order documents.
You will be responsible for preparing calculations and price lists as well as sales negotiations with customers.
If you work as an industrial clerk in the accounting department, you will process, book and monitor business transactions.
In human resources, you will determine personnel requirements, participate in recruitment and selection and plan staff deployment.

Where do mechatronics engineers work?
As a mechatronics technician, you will work in all areas of industry where production systems are in use. Typical areas of work include the commissioning and maintenance of mechatronic systems of complex machines, plants and systems. These activities are carried out at a wide variety of locations in all areas of a company.
What can you expect with us?
As a mechatronics technician, you are primarily responsible for the maintenance of the entire machine park.
Your tasks will include the repair of failed systems, preventive maintenance of all systems and inspections. Your activities will also include the installation of new electrical components with the help of circuit diagrams and the production of technical components according to specified drawings.
A large part of your work will also involve programming, testing and installing industrial assemblies such as control systems or frequency converters in order to improve the automation of the systems.
You will carry out all activities in compliance with the specified quality and safety regulations. This makes you an important component in the successful maintenance of our entire production process.
